SERVICES: Fitness Boot Camp

Boot Camp offers the motivation, accountability and professional instruction you need to take your fitness to the next level. We offer a dynamic, fun workout designed to challenge any fitness level. If you're looking for variety and a new challenge, Boot Camp may be just the thing for you.

What Will a Typical Camp Be Like?
None will be the same; all will be fun!
We will start with a light warm-up. 40 minutes will be dedicated to full body routines with different stations which will be timed and allow people of all fitness levels to go at their own pace. A cool down and a stretch will follow every workout.

  • (Winter) Indoor basketball court at Avalon at Arlington Square:

  • (Spring/Summer/Fall) Main soccer field at Gunston Community Center:

  • Health and Wholeness: Studio C (Special Request)
  • Rain Location: Avalon at Arlington Square (Indoor Basketball Court) or Health & Wholeness Studio C

Boot Camp Price Options

1. 10-class pass: Use this pass whenever your schedule allows (expires one year after purchase). Pass applies to BOTH the MWF Boot Camp or our T/TH mat Pilates classes offered at the basketball court.$200
2. One Month Boot Camp Pass: Grants access to MWF Boot Camp. This is our best value! Classes come to roughly $15.00 each. Payment due in advance for following month. No refunds given for classes missed.$180/month
3. One Month Boot Camp/Pilates Combo Pass: Pilates core training meets strength and cardio training in the perfect fusion pack! For $300 you have one-month access to 6am classes 5 days a week at the discounted price of $15 per class! Must purchase and register in advance to take advantage of this discounted price.$300
