Work harder than you knew you could. Look better than you ever have!

Boot Camps offers the motivation, accountability and professional instruction you need to take your fitness to the next level. We offer a dynamic, fun workout designed to challenge any fitness level. If you're looking for variety and a new challenge, Boot Camp may be just the thing for you.

What Will a Typical Camp Be Like?
None will be the same; all will be fun!
We will start with a light warm-up. 40 minutes will be dedicated to full body routines with different stations which will be timed and allow people of all fitness levels to go at their own pace. A cool down and a stretch will follow every workout.

Who is Leading the Classes?
Nina Elliot. She is an NPTI Certified Personal Trainer, Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor, Nutritional Practitioner, and Mommy of two. Her and her husband Christian are the Health and Wholeness co-owners. View her full Bio here.

Schedule
Boot Camps are run on a 4 weeks "on", 1 week "off" structure. In order to progress attendees properly, camps can only be joined at the beginning of a 4-week period unless other arrangements have been made with camp instructor.

Where Are the Camps Held?

  • Gunston Community Center: Main Soccer Field (6:00am)
  • Troy Park (10:30am)
  • Health and Wholeness: Studio C (5:45am/Winter)
  • Rain Location: Avalon at Arlington Square (Indoor Basketball Court) or Health & Wholeness Studio C (Coming November 2010!)

Boot Camp Pricing

Spring Co-Ed$300 for 16 classes ($18.75/class)
Mommy Boot Camps$240 for 12 classes ($20/class)
*includes the cost of childcare for one child. Any additional children are $5 per child/class.
Summer-Fall Co-Ed$240 for 12 classes ($20/class)
