The Health and Wholeness Mission :
To understand and address the whole person by providing powerful, compelling knowledge together with the synergy of outstanding wellness services, professional accountability, and lifestyle coaching.

Our Philosophy

  1. Educated consumers make better choices.
  2. If you don't have your health, the rest of life is not much fun, and not thinking about your health until there is a problem will reduce both the length and quality of your life.
  3. No one person or institution has cornered the truth about health.
  4. If you had powerful knowledge of how to care for your body you would act on it.
  5. A holistic wellness approach blends the skills of specialists such as nutritionists, chiropractors, personal trainers, massages therapists, naturopaths and others and involves learning certain fundamentals that unfortunately are not widely taught.
  6. Prevention is cheaper than treatment and catching a cold should be extremely rare.
  7. It is better to deal with the cause of illness rather than attempt to suppress the symptoms.
  8. The body has innate abilities to heal itself of virtually any malady and it is prudent to empower these abilities rather than just suppress sickness through drugs and surgery.
  9. Because they are poisonous, prescription and non prescription drugs often lead to more illness. Why do you think they all have side effects?
  10. You are not incapable of being well, having ample energy, and maintaining your ideal weight.

Our Approach

  1. Educate clients on the big picture of health so that the parts make sense.
  2. Address the major factors that detract from health, and the major factors that build health.
  3. Work with clients to address the most immediate needs and discuss both long term and short term solutions.
  4. Present health (and healing) as a journey and help the clients implement the necessary changes over time.
  5. Teach clients the fundamentals of nutrition, proper exercise, and ways to manage various forms of stress.
  6. Help the clients listen to their own body.
  7. Maintain confidentiality, and help keep clients accountable.
  8. Discuss ways to build a healthy lifestyle into any budget.
  9. Offer follow-up coaching/accountability to accelerate results and keep people encouraged and on track with their important lifestyle changes.
  10. Refer clients to other health professionals as needed.
